What if I have any specific questions abut any items on the site?
Any questions can be sent using the contact us form or email sales@Itemsurfer.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
When will I be charged?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. How soon will my items(s) be dispatched?
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. More information can be found on our Shipping policy page.
Will I receive a tracking number?
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@Itemsurfer.com. What to do if I want additional updates?
If you would like any additional updates then feel free to follow up with us at orders@Itemsurfer.com or by using the contact us form.
What to do if the item arrives damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@Itemsurfer.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. More information can be found on our Refund policy page.
What happens if I don't want the item anymore?
Returns are free within 14 days of receipt provided the product is returned in a resalable condition. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. If you have any concerns contact us for manufacturer specific requirements before purchase. All products must be returned in it's original packaging in a saleable condition.
